Apricots (Turkish) |
|
Turkish Apricots are whole pitted Apricots (Prunus armeniaca L. species) that are washed twice, sieved and hand selected under GMP’s. The fruit is then dried, hand selected again, inspected, packed and put through metal detection. The finished product has the characteristics of an Apricot appearance, with a tangy yet sweet flavour containing good amounts of beta-caratone. Dried Turkish Apricots are also a great source of potassium, and fibre. |
