Cous Cous is obtained from selected durum wheat semolina, which is moistened, then rolled to obtain small grains which will be steam cooked, then dried and calibrated.

Odour:
Typical of durum wheat semolina, free from any musty or other objectionable odours and taints.

Should be medium, free flowing couscous granules and not sticking together.
